Don't be fooled by the trailer, this is not a comedy show. Sure, it's a little off-beat and more reminiscent of Firefly than Star Trek. 100% Star Trek with retards. Sure, it's too dumb to make it for a license into the franchise. The good part, it makes the Kirk 60s show shine, even the acting in the old series is better. And the special effects would look great compared with Next Generation's first season. But not noticeable better than the later seasons.
